All custom work, strategies, and creative content remain the intellectual property of HMB Strategies unless explicitly transferred in a signed agreement. Clients are granted a limited license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes.

7. Disclaimers

While we employ best practices to improve your digital presence, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or conversions due to the nature of search engines and third-party platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

HMB Strategies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered in the prior 30 days.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Outstanding fees must be paid in full.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time by written notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes arising from these Terms will be handled in the appropriate Texas courts.
